Can I try it before I pay?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card. You can upgrade to Standard at any time, and your upgrade activates the moment payment completes.
What does Standard cost?
R495 incl VAT per year, billed yearly. There is no monthly option, so there is nothing to keep track of.
Do retired sitters get a discount?
Yes. Retired sitters pay 60% less for Standard: R198 incl VAT per year instead of R495. Your listing carries a Retired sitter badge.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs through PayFast, South Africa's secure payment gateway. Your Standard subscription activates as soon as payment completes, and you get a confirmation email.
What happens when my year runs out?
Your listing stays live for a 7-day grace period after expiry. After that it is hidden from search until you pay again. Your listing content is never deleted.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there is no lock-in. If you cancel, your listing drops back to the Free plan's limits.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund is available within 7 days of payment. Once a refund is processed, the listing is disabled. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
Where do Standard sitters appear in search?
Standard listings are highlighted and appear above free listings whenever they match a search. Free listings remain fully searchable, just ranked below paid tiers.
Is VAT included?
Yes. All prices shown on this page include VAT, and the only currency is South African Rand.
